FARGO- The Fargo prison chaplains are urging people to donate fresh, softly used winter clothing for the inmates.
According to Jail Chaplains Executive Director Mike Little, the facility “helps provide the group up to take gently used and brand-new clothes items for men and women coming out of prison so they can be prepared for the winter.”
Staff reported that the Cass County Jail has 340 inmates on any given time.
According to Little, more than 37, 000 people have cycled through the Cass County Jail over the past five years, and they are hoping for hundreds of garments products.
They claimed that prisoners are looking for appropriate clothing for the year when they are transitioning out of prison during the winter.

The team hopes to provide those prisoners with brand-new, carefully used sweaters, pants, coats, and gloves in all sizes.
75 % of prisoners are male.
This is a time of giving, thinking about your cousin, and those who are serving time in prison. It’s crucial that we consider them to be our neighbors, Little said.
The Jail Chaplains Office, located at 1111 Westrac Drive Suite 100, accepts funds from 9 a.m. to 2:30 o’clock on Tuesday through Thursday.
If you’d like to volunteer after those times, you can contact their business at 701 364 0067.
