JACKSON, MI- A novel store has moved to downtown Jackson in an effort to grow its clientele with its selection of apparel and accessories.
Scott Pienta started HMN Style as an online retailer in 2021, but it gradually expanded into a real shop in Hillsdale to increase its storage capacity. According to Marketing Director Nikki Maynard, the owner of the business decided to increase its outreach with a second place in downtown Jackson after experiencing great achievement.
Maynard stated,” We truly hope to participate in the community as much as we did in Hillsdale.”
Hometown Media Network, or HMN Style, has relocated to the previous Apricot Lane space inside the Blake Building, 180 W. Michigan Ave. The brand-new clothing store sells women’s apparel, footwear, handbags, necklaces, and other accessories.

Offering clothing that is wallet-friendly, time- and size-inclusive is the aim, she said. According to her, the retailer takes great pride in providing styles that appeal to all demographics and plus size options up to a 3XL.
Maynard remarked,” We wanted to foster a culture where aunts, their sons, and even their granddaughters could buy together.”
She claimed that the apparel was chosen from Maynard, Pienta, and additional staff members. According to her, some well-known companies include Kori, Judy Blue, and Oddi.
Along with clothes for children and pets, the online store also sells men’s apparel and plans to expand the Jackson business to carry these items.
On Friday, November 17, during the Downtown Jackson Christmas Parade, HMN Style gave the business a” knock look.” Residents have so far appeared enthusiastic about the new shops, she said.
Even if they did appear in for the cocoa, people have been incredibly sympathetic, Maynard said,” People were commenting on the sweet stuff that we have.”

Although Pienta is also stocking the store with clothing, she anticipates a gentle opening soon. Workers are keeping the store’s doors open, though, so customers can continue to get a” sneak look,” she said, as they share it.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 11 a. m. to 7 p. on Friday, people may catch sight of the business.
The site and Instagram page of HMN Style have more details and updates on the business.
